WHAT THE KINGDOM WOULD LIKE TO SEE

A major reduction in magical flying accidents.  The Queen and her Council point out that witches and fairies are as bad as each other for this.  The usual faults are similar to those found on Earth - speeding, flyers being under the influence of spells or dodgy substances, tailgating (really dangerous on a broom as sparks really could fly). 


Better traffic control though the Kingdom admits other worlds, including Earth, are probably ahead of them here.  Having said that the Kingdom challenges its critics to devise a way of “persuading” witches to ride their broomsticks at a reasonable speed and taking utmost care of other sky users without said witches cursing their critics.  So far attempts in the Kingdom have failed.  So far the major accident victims have been witches.  The Queen and her Council hope the community of witches soon realize these two facts are not unconnected.


Common sense to prevail when it comes to vehicular and flying traffic, else traffic wardens will be put on duty to enforce common sense.  Hanastrew, that truly frightening fairy law enforcer, will oversee the new squad but the Queen would rather it did not come to this as it would also save Hanastrew work.  Still the Queen does believe in giving the Kingdom a decent chance to respond to her requests to change their ways here so time will tell…


Most of the realm would love to see Hanastrew bringing in rigorous traffic control as it would mean the use of her deadly accuracy with a wand and/or her renowned death grip.  Nor would she just pick on the sprites – she has had contretemps with practically every species. She is also known not to like L’Evallier that much (though she admires his work ethics and sense of honour) feeling that elf’s snobbery is just too much, a view shared by well over 90% of the realm.
