FNN are still itching to cover the first big fairy royal wedding as the Queen’s mother and her government stopped them covering her big day, fearing the broadcasters would be disrespectful. Naturally FNN insisted they wouldn’t be. Even more naturally the late Queen and her government didn’t believe them. There was no way FNN would cover Eileen’s wedding given its controversial nature and the fact Eileen would have their guts for garters over voicing the mere idea yet alone doing something about it. FNN are waiting patiently for Roxannadrell to wed and have high hopes of the new Chief Wizard, Abstar, as the Queen does seem taken with them and the Council likes him. But nobody with any sense will be rushing to place bets on any wedding here as they all suspect the Queen would hear of it and cancel any plans immediately.
Roherum likes to keep himself to himself when he’s off duty. Nor does he want the public calling in on him at home. He addresses the public, it’s never the other way round as far as he’s concerned. He does some gardening for himself and some elderly neighbours to his right. This is appreciated. Roherum is far nicer off screen than on but is fearful of letting that niceness show as he anticipates the weatherman running riot with it. Roherum sees it as his role to keep that meddling pest at bay. After the abortive attempt by the weatherman to keep Roherum off air and to take over the presenter’s role went horribly wrong, that meddling pest has become reluctant to stir things up too much. There is such a thing as too much trouble.
