Doctor Who
Eileen has to remind herself this is entertainment and not a documentary though she advises mobile pepper pots with egg whisks are best avoided in any case. Anyone capable of coming up with a design like that does have a strange mind. Eileen doesn't entirely approve of travelling in time (though she can do it, albeit at great personal cost, it can take years off the life of a fairy godmother if the proper procedure is not followed to the letter). She sees it as a chance to meddle in more than one century at a time! Of course that's part of the appeal for the Doctor...
James Bond
Eileen accepts Bond has a certain amount of courage and admires his devotion to his Queen and country but does not approve of his behaviour, especially towards women. What Eileen would really like to do is sit Bond down (forcibly) at a Mrs Pankhurst lecture for several hours on the theory that after that Bond would be more likely to leave women alone... Jenny is not convinced it would work. She thinks Bond would try to seduce Mrs Pankhurst. Eileen and Jenny both shudder at that thought.
