Musicians are respected (though music is of the classical variety. Pop and rock music is unknown here). Writers (especially of fairytales) are also respected. The latter will give readings on FNN from time to time. There are no literary festivals as such but village fetes will often have their village artist, village writer etc put on a display of their wares during the fete.
The Queen, as would be expected, has a very fine collection of portraits though be wary of her sculpture displays. Not every statue started life as a statue and the ones that were turned into a marble work of art are easy to spot. They make gargoyles look pretty. Nobody considers these as proper art because of the magic used to produce them. This is no comfort to those who get turned into statues.
